Recent Graduates

The fmedge diploma program recently passed a significant milestone with the first candidates graduating with their diplomas.

fmedge CEO, Martin Leitch recently visited Queensland to mark the occasion of the first successfully completed double diploma - the Diploma of Property, Asset and Facilities Management and the Diploma of Business Management.  The recipient of these awards was Redland City Council's Jillian Jones. Jillian's course fees were partially funded by Redland City Council.

On the same visit, Martin also travelled to North Queensland to present the award of Diploma of Management to Sheryl Hicks of the New Townsville City Council.  Sheryl will soon complete her Diploma of Property Services (Asset and Facility Management).  Sheryl benefited from the full financial support of the Council in undertaking her studies.

The third candidate to receive his award, the Diploma of Business Management, was James Peacock, currently working for Bankwest as Manager, Property Facilities and Environmental Sustainability.  James is currently furthering his studies in environmental sustainability at university.

All three graduates found that the flexibility of being able to study on-line at their own pace and in their own time was a major factor in successfully completing their studies in Facilities Management.
