Diploma of Project Management

fmedge is pleased to announce their newest Diploma, the Diploma of Project Management.

Closely following the knowledge areas identified by the PMI in the Project Management Body of Knowledge, this Diploma will enable development of project management appropriate skills, and the application of them to a series of case study exercises. The fundamental functions of risk, quality, HRM, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, communication and project closure are included, with environmental management contained within the case study.

Delivered on line with facilitator support, and developed taking into consideration a variety of learning styles, candidates will acquire management skills applicable to many project scenarios.
